Balsamic and White Wine Vinaigrette 

1 cup olive oil

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

3 tbsp white wine vinegar

1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional for extra thickness)

1-2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp low-carb sweetener (optional if you like a bit more sweetness)

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients in a medium mason jar.

2. Screw on the lid tightly and shake until well mixed.

3. Taste and adjust seasonings to your liking, then refrigerate.

This dressing will last up to a week in the fridge. Give it a shake before each use, as it may separate naturally. Enjoy!
